For the benefit of our passengers, please read the following terms and conditions of travel.
1.Passengers are required to adhere to the Land Transport Act B.E. 2522, Ministerial Regulations, and all applicable transportation laws.
2.Passengers are required to adhere to the company's conditions of carriage and acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions as outlined in the passenger travel notice.
3.Passengers are required to be ready and arrive at the passenger terminal at least one hour prior to departure to verify their tickets.
4.The company will not accept any baggage that is flammable, any animals, any illegal items, weapons, food with a strong odor, any items containing liquids, fragile items, improperly packaged items, or any items that are too large or heavy for transportation.
5.The company reserves the right to modify the list of prohibited items without prior notice, and shall not be liable for any loss or damage to such items. Passengers shall be responsible for any and all losses or damages.
6.The carrier shall not be held liable to the passenger or for the baggage for any delay, or for any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond its control or inherent vice of the goods, etc.
7.A passenger who fails to board the transportation on the date and time specified on the ticket shall be considered to have forfeited their right to the journey.
8.In accordance with the Land Transport Act B.E. 2522, the following conditions apply to passenger pick-ups along the route: VIP, VX, and First Class (Express) services will only stop at designated Green Bus stations for passenger pick-ups. First Class and Second Class air-conditioned services will stop at all designated stops along the Green Bus route for passenger pick-ups.
9.Acceptable proof of purchase for travel includes: -Original hard copy ticket A4 printed ticket -Receipt or slip from a Counter service (e.g., Seven-Eleven) -SMS notification via mobile phone or other devices specifying the travel details -Printed ticket from a screen displaying the Green Bus logo
